most important point is u shud do a retrospection ba.. 1st intw lo em tappulu chesavo note chesuko, 2nd intw lo correct those, then note down the new mistakes u made, 3rd intw lo dont repeat any of those.. ala ala experience gain chesuko mama

make sure u always find out "whats the gap" which is not letting you get through and fill that gap for the next time...

trust me it works.
