Variety_Pullayya Posted November 13, 2018 Report Posted November 13, 2018 insurance patti untundi. atleast 1 year try chesi avvakapothe , doctor can recommend ivf. you need to maintain records that you tried(ovulation cycle) . i think there are other stuff tried before IVF is recommended - fertility tests , IUI , medication etc. most of this is learnt from reading. i dont know anyone who went through all this. But now a days big companies have some coverage for this. I think Intel/Google/Facebook has coverage upto 20-30k. Some other companies too. Bro, ask him to go thru the below process. 1.) ask him to take the sperm count test. It should be >32% motility rate. You will get the readings from the report. You need not spend money. You can ask your doctor to request a test as part of Annual test. 2.) ask his wife to go and take Hsg test. That will make sure that her tubes are not blocked. 3.) if 1 and 2 are good, they fall under infertility. They can go for an iui 3 cycles. It is a simple process please check online for the steps. 4.) if iui 3 cycles fail, ask him to go for one cycle of Ivf. PS - better to do first iui in India if possible. Quote
