na patha project lo middle vendor didnt paid the last check ani mesthri vadu phone chesadu, yem cheyagalam e situation lo?

He is middle vendor between prime vendor & my mesthri.

So client -> Prime Vendor ->  Middle vendor -> mesthri -> me.

Ikada middle vendor dabulu apesadu, whats best can be done, please reply asap !! so much of hard work to get one pay check and I dont want to miss this.

I mean my employer can report how could I ? we are not suppose to deal with the payments , as per uscis we are full time employees kada.

Warn your mesthri that you will complain to USCIS . If you think you cant afford losing that money.

Adenti boss we cant nothing? so you have a contract called SOW  and you need to pay that if not then no one to ask you?

It’s your employer job to get money from the middle vendor . You can’t do anything regarding that . But employer should pay employee regardless of layers paying him so ask your employer your money and tell you will report Dept of labor . Vadu money ayite chachinattu istadu but relation dobbuntundi so be ready to switch employer . Vadu nuvvu never worked ani kuda cheptadu future employemsnt BG checks lo so keep w2’s safe .  Experience
