It’s your employer job to get money from the middle vendor . You can’t do anything regarding that . But employer should pay employee regardless of layers paying him so ask your employer your money and tell you will report Dept of labor . Vadu money ayite chachinattu istadu but relation dobbuntundi so be ready to switch employer . Vadu nuvvu never worked ani kuda cheptadu future employemsnt BG checks lo so keep w2’s safe .  Experience :giggle:

Thanks Amrita...vedo berry fan edo okati rasthadu patinchukoku!! Thanks for the advice !!

evadu dabbulu ichina ivvakapoyina mee employer neeku ivvali as long as you have approved timesheets from client. Middle vendor dabbulu ivvakunte mee employer gadu neeku phone chesi cheppadam enti worst nayala gadu. It’s his responsibility to do paper work and invoice and accounting related  stuff, not yours. Your job is to work and complete client’s projects. Employer annaka payments godavalu avi untay and he has to file a case on vendor to get it. You have nothing to do. Business ante eppudu profits e kadu losses kooda theesukovali ani cheppu mee employer ki.  Approved timesheets daggara pettuko labor dept ki complain cheyalsi vasthe panikostay and you will get ur money for sure.

na patha project lo middle vendor didnt paid the last check ani mesthri vadu phone chesadu, yem cheyagalam e situation lo?

He is middle vendor between prime vendor & my mesthri.

So client -> Prime Vendor ->  Middle vendor -> mesthri -> me.

Ikada middle vendor dabulu apesadu, whats best can be done, please reply asap !! so much of hard work to get one pay check and I dont want to miss this.

Do you have any proof that you worked for that week ... ? I mean approved timesheet for client or prime vendor .if you have have send that to your middle vendor in a email ccing your employer....

With this proof, your ur employer should get the amount by sending a legal notice . Legal charges should be bared by your employer or vendor .

If your employer is not okay to send legal notice ... then you file a case on your employer who can pull vendor into this (as per their agreement)

IDC technologies once didn’t release their payment for the last month I worked at client... my employer paid me as usual... after 60 days my employer said he will file law suit against IDC .... now IDC cleaverly said they are missing my prime vendor approved timesheet.

Now I don’t have a way of getting a copy of that (vendor didn’t responsed for my emails ).

My employer deducted that amount in next 4 subsequent months .
