if you want to get rid of fat... calories thaginchali  ( check out ne body  ki daily need of calories https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-many-calories-per-day)  

reduce 300-400 calories per day...  and play with it cozz everybody is different 

watch out what you eat.... workout..

its a long term goal.... mind prepare avvali

body lo fat anni chotla thaggaka.. stomach area lo thagguthundhi  .. so patience undali... consistency is the key ...

Rice and sugar full ban

 

Only grilled fish or chicken tinali without sauce 

And planking 15 minutes position daily twice and abb excercuse after proper warm-up and cardio
