Stop eating too many complex carbs like artificial sugar flavoured stuff...daily morning one spoin apple cedar vinegar warm water lo kalpukoni taagu..two days ki oka sari night padkunemundu lemon water mixed with hiney tagu...night 8 varaku dinner complete sesko..bf oats with apple and cranberries thinu...two egg whites tjinu..lunch lo one cup of rice with any pulse curry dal, blqck kidney beans, red kidney beans thinu..ivantikante mundu gym start chey daily atleast 45mins vellu..tarwtha ade alavtu aithadi and u will see the changes in ur body and belly

BMR  decreases as you lose weight...you need to eat even less as your weight goes down to continue to loose weight ....

With satiety foods ..you are doing similar thing...  curb your hunger ..helping you feel fuller on fewer calories..

e diet ayina...weight mgmt still comes down to the calories you take vs you burn off.
