There is no premium processing for this..

1) medical intervention ki ok ayite use carbo-blockers

2) diet + exercise seems to work most of the time

Diet: No rice, rotis, idly, vada, poori...etc

No fat milk, no fat yougurt, Quinoa, lean turkey breast, lots of water, lean tofu, leafy veggies and non carb veggies - ivi tappa inka em tinakoodadu (if you could do this for month and see some results, PM me for Level 2 instructions)

Low carb works best, try to substitute Miracle Rice(Shirataki) for regular rice or cauliflower as well. Drink Almond Milk instead of regular milk, also do HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training)

Full Fat Milk and Full Fat Yogurt are infinitely better than the low fat substitutes. Plus he needs healthy fats to promote satiety, you are drumming advise that's pretty outdated. Quinoa is extremely high in carbs btw, substitute lean turkey for full fat meats. LOL at Tofu, it's full of GMOs and is unfermented, a better idea is to substitute fermented soy products like Tempeh if you want to go that way.

LOL at the suggestions, this is what happens if you take advise from people on the internet in forums like these.

if you want to get rid of fat... calories thaginchali  ( check out ne body  ki daily need of calories https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-many-calories-per-day)

reduce 300-400 calories per day...  and play with it cozz everybody is different

watch out what you eat.... workout..

its a long term goal.... mind prepare avvali

body lo fat anni chotla thaggaka.. stomach area lo thagguthundhi  .. so patience undali... consistency is the key ...

Your BMR also reduces if you cut down the calories consumed, that's the basic rule of nutrition. So reducing calories won't help, increasing satiety by substituting foods that promote satiety helps more than cutting calories. Your advise is outdated, looks like you don't read much.

It is the glucose inside the jaggery that is driving your day

Omad keto is what you need if you are serious

Good point, however not everyone can do it. So I would suggest starting with the 16:8 IF model with low carb and then gradually amp it up to 20:4 aka Warrior Diet style of eating.

IF = Intermittent fasting.
