Plus he needs healthy fats to promote satiety, you are drumming advise that's pretty outdated. Quinoa is extremely high in carbs btw, substitute lean turkey for full fat meats. LOL at Tofu, it's full of GMOs and is unfermented, a better idea is to substitute fermented soy products like Tempeh if you want to go that way. LOL at the suggestions, this is what happens if you take advise from people on the internet in forums like these. Quote

So I would suggest starting with the 16:8 IF model with low carb and then gradually amp it up to 20:4 aka Warrior Diet style of eating. Quote
