WHy shampoo man. Apple cider vinegar pettuko scalp ki  oka 15-20 mins and take shower. It smells so do it on saturday. 5-6 times cheyi chala matuku potundi. Maintenance ki do it once in two weeks it will be in control. Natural remedy and,most effective and cheap. apple cider vinegar is 2 $ 

Nenu use chesta when  my scalp get flaky in winter . 

Tips:

Scalp too much dry ayina kuda flaky avutundi. Use conditioner at least in winter while using shampoo. Summer light tesukunna ok but use it in winter.

Appudappudu apply oil to scalp in winter so that it doesn't get too dry.

Shampoos:

I used to use Aveda recently switched to Loccitane as they are made mostly from organic plant extract.

I also use moroccanoil volumizing shampoo -  I like smell of this conditioner.

Kiehls products are good too though i haven't used for hair.

These doesn't help for dandruff.

 Aveda scalp remedy helps though. This is solution spray. Head bath taruvata scalp mida kottukovachu. Itching relief ventane vastundi .  I used it. Daily twice vadite taggutundi antadu but nenu sradha ga twice vadaledu so teledu poorthiga control loki testundo ledo.

on a side note , I believe common dandruff shampoos work if you use them daily

 Gp..if you have heavy dandruff I would suggest nizral 2% ketoconazole ..this needs doctor prescribtion not available over the counter in usa... .in India you can get one for 200 rupees..dandruff is like fungus on your scalp. Better to use conditioner/ oil to avoid from getting the scalp dry.
