If you did not receive any decision on your case ask ur attroney to check with USCIS. If they did not update the case status by 15 calendar days they should refund you the permium amount.. 

and about your approval thats a case by case thing being said that good luck..

not true. okasari naku for amendment no decision even after 20 working days of rfe response so attorney mailed another set of docs and got approval in a day or two
