its frustrating in the beginning, how to start anedi,, first lo focus undadu

this is as simple it can get

1. put your tongue on the top of the mouth wall

2. take a deep breath until you hit the max capacity, stay there for 10 secs, make it slowly and do not rush

3. exhale the air until you empty the entire stomach and lungs, do it slowly and rhythmically, stomach velli spine ki touch ayye laa empty cheyali

4. stay here for few seconds (3-4 secs)

repeat the cycle as long as you can, first lo 5 mins chaala ekkuva.. same thing slow ga 15 mins target cheyi

this will give you a great kick, smoke chese vallaki ardham aitadi what it means, smoke valla vache kick ki 200% ikkada vastadi..

develop a habit of rhythmic breathing whenever you remind yourselves, you can do this anywhere

 

inka extra, same thing exhale with mouth for 10 mins, dont need to use tongue anymore

once you master this, prnayama lo next exercises ki jump avvu

So you have everything mentioned correct but try to follow this routine.

This is my routine I follow which really helped.

1) Once you are up drink atleast 2 glasses of water on empty stomach, this really helps to kick start your day since your body will be rest mode for 6-r hours of sleep.

2) do your activities like brush and get freshed up and chose a quiet environment where you feel comfortable. Buy a yoga mat and sit and start with pranayama. Roughly around 10-15 mins for beginner should be good. By the end you should be able to have a a complete flow of your breathe.

3) Then start with Sun salutations (3 rounds) and you can try diff poses but mostly concentrate on breathe and end with balasana or savasana.

4) after yoga jus sit silenty pbserving your breathe for 12-15 mins and slowly you'll develop that mindfulness.
