Ya but employers loose trust on management and shift companies...less autonomy...less chance of staying in a company unless gati lekapote vaadiki

I observed that women managers I worked with are more micro managing . Tension parties . Behind people unte work chestaru anukuntaru but they frustrate people .

I am  hardly 5-10 mins late max 8:40 kalla Office lone unta ah 10 mins ki issue cheste chirak vastundi . But ma current manager manchide ley papam . But yeah she expects punctuality .

No work from home 

weekend works -- No Comp off or extra pay

leave also - require valid reason 

last one year working with weekend I took only 3 offs.. no vacation no sick

Nenu kaadu ma manager gaadu he follows the same and ask the team to do/follow the same .. he took only 2 days off from last December .. ofcrs 1 week vacation .. We  used to call him ROBO
