Theft antey he would say he gave the laptop for work  and employee didnt inform employer that client gave him a laptop. client laptop returned. employer laptop scammed ani chepthadu. as long as you have not sent him an official email stating your resignation..till then  you are considered his banisa and he can say the intermittent time as employee didn't show.

 

however, the catch is that he should also show that he tried to communicate or find where abouts if the client complains a no show. 

andukey apply chesthunappudu you shoudl say that the employer is not willing to give NOC or cooperating for transfer and declining employee employer relationship for BG ani. They will route it in a different way then

Client place lo 2 weeks notice ichi maree  ochina. Ma vadu ilanti panulu chala chesadu past lo.. 

na side nundi written resignation ivvaledhu, i dnt know how it will impact my FT

what ever your ex-employer is claiming he needs to prove that, if not he is sue-able. Send legal notice to your ex-employer from a lawyer, if he is wrong i am pretty sure he will retract.
