Yeah, democracy is a failure, but not for the reasons you mentioned above. But because democracy made brexit, Trump possible when both of them were not the popular choices. especially brexit. What right do rural UK people have to decide the fate of scotland and northern Ireland?

In Democracy you don't have a choice....Whatever model of Democracy you choose....you're stuck with it forever.. Trump won electoral college through their model of democracy irrespective of whether he's a popular choice or not. Same with Brexit...People followed their respective models
