just a thought, if h1 six years complete and you do not have your i140

1) are you stuck with the employer?

2) one employer told me that since your I140 is approved we can take care of your I140 if you know the I140 number. Is it really possible?

3) am aware of the fact I140 obtaining process, but would be employer be also intimated about a request being placed by someone which is the employee?https://www.wikihow.com/Get-a-Copy-of-Your-Approved-I‐140-Notice

What other things to be considered or taken to handle tactfully as 6 years have passed on H1b and 7th or 8th years means he cannot take a full time or the new employer should sponsor your new H1 ?
