Asalu Tabu BF vede ayyundachu and vadu radhika ni use chesukoni undachu. radhika apte was getting serious in relationship so he might have created situation with tabu so that she never comes back to him again. My understanding from emotional positive perspective ist he is really blind and was loyal to radhika and didn't lie a second time. His words not to kill tabu and the screenplay which showed tabu killed dr. swamy and hero not savin him since he was blind and talking in car not to kill tabu when she was driving etc etc supports he was genuinely blind.
