I don't know whether you understand hindi or not because you misinterpreted totally. Hero acts as blind for his music project and he go to tabu's house to perform on her husband's invitation. But tanu have affair with another guy and kills her husband. They try to kill hero also at the end by mixing poison in his food. He becomes really blind after that. There is another doctor who is into organ mafia asks hero (after kidnapping tanu) to use tabu' s organs for his eye surgery. He denies that after he left to some other country and he is real blind at last. Radhika ante loves him thinking he is blind. But after seeing evidence from kid she hates him. At the end she meets him and got to know his story and suggests he would have agreed to doctor's advice he smiles and he leaves.
