If he is partially blind, tabu car tho gudhataniki vasthunapudu flinch kuda avvadu. He will not want to die just to keep his partial blindness as secret. There is no point in hiding his partial visibility if he dies.

Adhemayina vijayawada passenger aa  konchem wait chesi pakkaki vellataniki, psycho mental tabu speed ga drive chesthunna car. It doesn't make sense to stand in the middle of the road even if she is a mile away, dhaani pscyhoness telsi kuda.

First poison scene lo benefit of doubt undhi, plus he doesn't know tabu is psycho. He still has hope to cover his blind act. Last scene lo rocket la duskosthundhi plus he has no point in hiding it anymore.

Exactly, at least he shud have tried something instead  of standing there in the middle of road if he is really not blind. 

I think he created a story about tabu killing doc and rabbit saving his life so that he is on clear with Radhika Apte.

He heard the car revving and was confused what to do as if he is really blind. A non blind person (with common sense to save his life) would run away from the road. As he was really blind he couldn't understand what to do and where to go,
