jesse_bb Posted December 31, 2018 Report Posted December 31, 2018 *కేసీఆర్ మెడకు ఎలుగుబంటి కేసు..! చంద్రబాబు షాకింగ్ ట్విస్ట్..!* కేసీఆర్పై ఎలుగుబంటి సూర్యానారాయణకు సంబంధించిన కేసు ఒకటి ఉందని.. దాని నుంచి మోదీ తప్పించారని.. అందుకే కేసీఆర్ మోదీ దగ్గర సారగలి పడుతున్నరాని చంద్రబాబు ప్రెస్మీట్లో ప్రకటించారు. దాంతో ఆ కేసు ఏమిటన్నదానిపై చర్చ ప్రారంభమయింది. నిజానికి ఆ కేసులో… కేసీఆర్ అరెస్ట్ కావాల్సింది. అరెస్ట్ చేయడానికి… సీబీఐ అధికారులు.. ప్రగతి భవన్కు కూడా వచ్చారు. కానీ…అప్పటి వరకూ మోడీని వ్యతిరేకించిన కేసీఆర్.. ఒక్క సారిగా ఫిరాయించారు. పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దును.. తీవ్రంగా వ్యతిరేకించి.. ఢిల్లీకి వెళ్లిన కేసీఆర్.. ఈ కేసులో పేరు తీసేయించుకుని వచ్చి.. గొప్ప నిర్ణయం అని ప్రకటించారు. అప్పుడే అందరికీ సీన్ అర్థమైపోయింది. తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమం పేరుతో.. కాంగ్రెస్తో పొత్తు పెట్టుకుని ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీ చేసిన కేసీఆర్… మొదట్లో కేంద్రమంత్రి అయ్యారు. కేంద్ర కార్మిక మంత్రిగా హైదరాబాద్ల ఈఎస్ఐ ఆస్పత్రి కాంట్రాక్ట్ను విచిత్రంగా ఫిషరీస్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్కు ఇచ్చారు. అసలు ఫిషరీష్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ ఈఎస్ఐ ఆస్పత్రి భవన నిర్మాణ కాంట్రాక్ట్ తీసుకోవడమేమిటో… కేసీఆర్ ఇవ్వడం ఏమిటో చాలా మందికి అర్థం కాలేదు. ఈ ఫిషరీష్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్లో ఎలుగుబంటి సూర్యనారాయణ … ఎగ్జిక్యూటీవ్ ఇంజినీర్. ఆయన ఇలాంటి వ్యవహారాల్లో పండిపోయారు. ఈఎస్ఐ ఆస్పత్రి భవన నిర్మాణం కాంట్రాక్ట్.. ఫిషరీస్ ద్వారా తన చేతేరికి వచ్చినందుకు… తెలంగాణ భవన్లో కొంత భాగాన్ని కట్టించడంతో పాటు.. కొంత మొత్తాన్ని కేసీఆర్కు లంచంగా ఇచ్చారు. ఎలుగుబంటి కేసు పై జస్టిస్ పాండురంగారావు కమిటీ నివేదిక సమర్పించింది. ఎలుగుబంటి పాండురంగారావు.. కేసీఆర్కు ముడుపులు ఇచ్చిన విషయంపై.. సీబీఐకి క్లారిటీ వచ్చింది. అయితే కొన్నాళ్ల పాటు.. ఆ కేసు అంతర్గతంగానే ఉన్నప్పటికీ.. కేసీఆర్ మొదటి సారి సీఎం అయిన తర్వాత 2015లో బయటకు వచ్చింది. ప్రగతి భవన్కు సీబీఐ అధికారుల బృందం వచ్చి సుదీర్ఘంగా ప్రశ్నించి వెళ్లింది. ఆ తర్వాత కేసీఆర్ పూర్తిగా..మోడీకి అనుకూలంగా మారిపోయారు. ఆవచ్చే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంలో తాము భాగస్వామిగా ఉంటామని.. ఆ కేసును బయటకు తీసి.. కేసీఆర్ సంగతి తేలుస్తామని టీడీపీ నేతలు హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు. అంటే .. కేంద్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ వస్తే.. కేసీఆర్ పనైపోయినట్లేనన్నమాట.
