I can tell you, you need STRONG will power to run, endless weekends, long hours and more importantly you have guts to balance your family (if married). Yes, land pooling ki ivvochu. In fact registration won't happen if you don't give for pooling. Those transactions are stopped long ago. Like agriculture land to agriculture land register cheyyatledu in those 29 villages

Seller applied for clearance certificate from CRDA and they have the NOC from CRDA anta. So registration will happen anta..
