Office is in downtown i live 45 mins away from office. Evening oka colleague ni drop chesi vasta so vachedappudu almost 1 hr 15 mins padutundi.  2 hrs gone in commute only . Baga eating out culture in team bayatiki pote 1.5 hrs lunch. Avanni cannot bill kada. 8 hrs we should be in office without lunch.  Work is light actually but state client and motham american team they expect you to bill exact hours you are at work.

Maku wfh concept aey ledu. 8hrs should be at work if we want to bill. Manager is cool 6 hrs ki vellipoyina emanadu but she expects you to put only 6 hrs on timesheet. Nake paisal kavali kabatti 8 hrs unta . Pani chesina cheyakunna bill chesukovalante we need to be in office for 8 hrs.
