 9-6 common aey ga evarikaina? i am working 8:45 AM - 6:15 PM.  We leave early on fridays (2PM) and cover those 3-4 hrs during weekdays. I am not basically working more than 40 hrs. Real ga work chestondi 20-25 hrs per week enta kanna cool environment ekkada untundi?  FT switch avvali soon but ilanti project ekkada undadu. Picha cool project in my career.

All companies i worked i was in office for 8hrs including product based companies . Depends on work culture of company and manager . Remote lekunda 6 hrs office lo undi 8 hrs bill cheste contractor they wont approve timesheet.  We cant lose credibility for leaving early kada? Anyways each client is different.
