Beardman Posted January 7, 2019 Report Posted January 7, 2019 Using Windows 7 I (one time only) managed to connect to XFINITY by connecting to the hotspot and using the xfintiy login page to securely log in using my username and password, but every time after cannot conect. When I try to connect Windows automatically asks for the user name and password (I'm not on the web browser page yet) and gives me this message when I ask for the details: Radius Server: secure.aaa.wifi.comcast.com Root CA: COMODO RSA Certification Authority The server "secure.aaa.wifi.comcast.com" presented a valid certificate issued by "COMODO RSA Certification Authority", but "COMODO RSA Certification Authority" is not configured as a valid trust anchor for this profile. Further, the server "secure.aaa.wifi.comcast.com" is not configured as a valid NPS server to connect to for this profile. Quote

To workaround the issue, you can export the certificate of the CA that issued the certificate to the authentication server to a file. Copy the file to the workgroup machine and then run the following command from an elevated Command Prompt: certutil -enterprise -addstore NTAuth CA_CertFilename.cer Source: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2518158/windows-security-alert-appears-when-connecting-to-a-wireless-network-o Quote
