Next step is to identify EFC (economically forward class) within Reservation castes... and eliminate them from getting caste reservation benefits. Example: There are many cases where greedy people from lower caste even if they are rich, claim caste Reservation benefits like fee reimbursement and use it as pocket money. This needs to be STOPPED.
