There are not coming to office. I never told they are coming to office infact told they are sitting at home and surrendered laptops on day one of shutdown . I am sick of this conversation typing same stuff. Miku edi happy anipiste daniki decide avvandi. I am out of this thread.

Vanty let me list all that you have said in this thread with your gyan on immigration and shutdown process etc

1) even if TS did not work any hours his employer can run pay roll for 0 hrs.

2) TS employer will receive money from clinet and TS employer can run paycheck later

3) its never an issue even if pay roll isn’t run for few months on h1 with out any issues like medical etc

4) all the above mentioned are legal 

my questions:

- if all these are legal and options available for the employer to did my did TS HR and attroney suggested/aked him if he can go out of country to prevent any immigration issues?

- why TS even ready to loose his vacation for next year if all the above u can said can be done with out any issues 

- why few employees are paying from pocket when they are on bunch for running payrolls?

- why would his american employer suggest him to go out of contact even after knowing how expensive it could be and considering other issues of travel, home and other things he needs to take care of.

Nv suggested kada ur pay taxes ani from pocket ani. So according to ur immigration gyan why does he need to Pay money when nothing happens when a h1b candidate does have a pay roll on his namr for few months..
