Shutdown lo stop work order istharu. Hours bill cheyakunda, govt etla pay chesthundi? ma vadu US employer so tax nenu kattukunta, payroll run cheyamani adagalenu. Wont think they will go that route.

I think we can take unpaid vacation if your gross salary can be equal or more than the amount thats stated during your H1B filing.

Nayina ippduu stop work order istaru resume ayyaka loss kabatti employees and contrctors ki bill chesi vendor ki settle chestaru. Nenu govt ki federal ki work chesa and wworking for govt even now. You dont have to run payroll they can report you are affected by shutdown. I am not sure what you are worried about at first place.

Mingestunnademo vendor. They get back that money later takes little time though. Govt shutdown valla employees contractors are never effected money wise or status wise. Asalu status affected is comedy. 2-3 mnths bench mida undi pay roll run cheyakapoyina em kadu actually. I have a friend who was in that situation because of employer fault . Extn kuda approved recently.

vadukomandi mi employer or vendor not client or govt. Adi valla kakkurthi. Report to DOL. Khel khatam dukan bandh

my employer talked to attorney and vere option ledu ani chepindi....paina nuvu chepina process naku theliyaka post vesa...atlantidi emaina unte, i will go talk to my hr.

mi employer basically shutdown paisal mingeddam ani plan chesinattu unnadu first check that. Ma office lo roju employees anukovadame abba shutdown to mana dept effect ayyunte paid time off europe ki poyevalam belize ki poyevallam ani.
