Kollur lo 20K is worth. There are many villa and apartment communities coming up in Kollur/Mokila area. Also, there are about 4-5 international schools in that area.

watch out for 111 GO in that area. Give your first preference to Mokila and then Kollur and Velimala, Bhanur and other areas.

ba simple funda cheptha vinu... if ur plan is for investment, u dont need the investment capital for few years and ur ok if it takes a while to appreciate then invest some where its not economical/cheap

if you are planning for immediate returns invest where the price is little more..

Always buy a property where u can handle problems. NRI property ani telisthe 2 days lo inko party ki registration kuda iypotundi ba..
