And non 111 GO areas adjacent to them will see drop in demand .

Yes it is like lottery. But I think odds of it happening are more. If they are able to show Mission Bhageeratha results in few years , then there wont be much resistance from activists.

one of the reasons mokila has such huge demand is GO 111. Not much area that side to buy anywhere else and mokila is being flooded with demand.

If GO 111 goes away , Mokila will get hit hard.
