friends, Went through depression and came out. All parents and dear ones passed Last year. Slowly friends and relatives stopped picking calls. I have taken help and again back to normal. Ee rumor ni work loo kooda pass ayinalundhi. Desease vundatam kanna friends and relatives matalu Vinte heart breaking. 

Recently one close member in family who talks to me died.cermony ki Pilisthe evaru raledhu. I was suspecting death. But naku vunna symptoms tho complain cheyyala. 

I am staying alone. Don’t want to go back sick again. Thelisina vallakanna theliyani ee chat ee better ani vacha.

Work Out... Been there and it helps you a lot and continue going to therapy...

 

Work out lo evanna group class HIIT training classes unte theesuko so that you get tired...

keep urself occupied; do whatever u enoy, get a hobby, if u enjoy movies then watch lot of movies chetha moveis aina, if u like cooking then look, hang out with friends. avee emi kavu ante db vachi sollu vey db nee full ga spam chey dont get attached with relatives. just care abt people who really close to u.

Ofcourse, elago nuv suggestion adiginana kabatti here we go....DB’s all time suggestion list..

tinu,taagu,tirugu,travel,catch up with friends, gym ki po, squats kottu, 9 min mile chey, etc etc...standard ivi...

Being a guy meet up groups are not so dangerous for you. Hang out with people in meet up groups, Go to book clubs you will get to see people and can make friends. Gym is a good option too as you get tired with workout and can sleep well . Interact people with people and start focussing on activities you love. Like dance classes, sports whatever makes you happy. Last but not least eat well and sleep well. Andaru edo oka time lo depress ayinavalle at least majority . You are not alone . Good luck :)

Finally, I add spamming here to the list. Last year oka family member passed away and that was peak time of my spamming in DB. I used to think silly but it works. Trust me on this.

Thanks to all.. Family vallu ichhina stroke ki inka set avalla. The reality is, if u have mental related illness or depression evaru daggaraku ranivarru.. USA lone koncham better.. 2 times vachindhi ..manushulu povatam thattukoleka poya..

have to stay alone.. And really sucks..Few days occupy ayyina..appudappudu parents gurthuku vastharu..adhi varnichani bhadha..

I got used to it now..Suggestions ichhina vallaki chala thanks..This is the saddest part in being in usa..
