Diet koncham control avoid outside food as much as you can.

Mostly cardio such as running and cycling. Summer vasthe swimming. 

Keep a track of your blood pressure all the time.

I am doing 30 min cardio 3-4 times a week.. c25k app really helped me a lot

I walk every day min 3 minutes sometimes 4-5 minutes
