generally, reservations are a very bad idea. the person who owns his work, only shares it with others on his own terms.

but we don't live in an ideal world where people only claim what they morally own. In such a world, inserting another chaos agent (reservations) into the mix is good. 

1. it enthuses the lower classes to further have a reason to fight for something. whether its right or wrong, it doesn't matter. because there is no good way to fight this fight.

2. it demoralizes atleast some 3rd rate morons from trying to usurp what others own, and so we have lesser number of psychos to fight against.
