Long green peppers are good for Bajji.. than Jalepenos.. 

those are really long like 15 cm .. u need to cut into 3 pieces for Bajji..

Serrano Peppers to super untayi. Jalapeno's to mild ga untayi. @~`

Just cooked with jalapeño and  sareno. I liked jalapeño. Sareno pepper is spicy. 

Bajji with hot tea in this snow weather is a  feast .

Serrano peppers to cheste you should fry twice. Like fry and remove a batch and refry them appudu spicy ga undav. Top it with chat masala and onions. Awesome untundi. silent_I1
