If the land is in some metro city,  it's a good idea. I think it will work out only in metro cities. Anywhere else, better to buy land somewhere else than this.

Lets assume land manadhe, construction costs kuda manave not loan. Returns better untaya, if we invest 2C in a five 2BhK apartment building.
