This works only when there is a huge demand for Indian Rupee. That's not the case today. Even Chinese want to convert their renmebi's to US or Canadian dollars.

In a way, the whole world is financing the West by creating a demand for their currencies like USD, CAD, EUR, GBP.  If there is no demand for these western currencies from non-Westerners, these currencies get devalued by at least 25% percent.
