For some reason many people have thought I hate my culture because I want to be able to speak with a Neutral English accent. That's not the case at all. I just really need it to improve my chances of succeeding at my job as well as any future job I'd like to get.

Anni pakkolaki matter ani cheyamu it might matter for us too. Avasaram ledu ani ala cheptaru generalize chesi ? Certifications akkarleud but it makes a difference when you have them . Everybody has different motivation factors. I dont like to be one in hundred but i want to be that one where people look upto . Ala undali ante yes you should do something exceptional and not be one in hundred. Nenu rasina management certifications or the new tech i keep learning avasaram ayyi nerchukoledu i just dont need them at all for what i do but i learned to stand out to grow to have the recognition. Paisa extra radu but that keeps me happy. Okkodiki okkoti matter we do things for ourselves based on our psyche. I am willing to go that extra mile for my self satisfaction and for what I believe in . Andaru anni industry standards meet avvadanike cheyaru ppl do for their set standards too . Ordinary and extraordinary ki difference just that extra mile .

I think I have enough exposure and know what I am talking about .  Everyone has right to do what they wish to based on their ambitions . Just saying .

I didn’t even talk about anyone but self improvement that too just my opinion and my self improvement. It’s hard core reality that people are judged by race color and even accent . You see it in higher management positions up the ladder much more .   Developer lead architect manager level chelega .  How you articulate dress talk accent IQ level tech knowledge leadership qualities how you carry yourself everything matters in my opinion if you want to stand out as extraordinary. Edi generalize cheyatledu and it’s nt even a statement but it’s my personal opinion based on my exposure . No one has to agree with me though .
