its a niche technology and who are better, do not wait or work for$100 as they are architects.

they define their need and do not waste time with bargaining rates

 

Architects work on that tool define technological landscape as the whole IT system need to be defined and fine tuned and is the reason of all your whys

There is also a reason why because they would be first to be fired or get replaced at the earliest to show a great return financially speaking
