if you don’t activate it’s another nightmare to use it when you need it. The procedure to activate an HDFC credit card is more painful. I’m not sure about SBI. We have to send a letter to chennai office and they review and activate if you don’t do it when they mail.

Yep. That’s good thing if you don’t want to use. But it has its own perks if you use it. i’m not sure about your situation though.

Ala avvadhu statement generate avuthadi unless you opt for ECS the fee does not get deducted/debited from SB Account.

Speak to the customer care and get it cancelled/surrendered..

Yes correct. Cut chesadu yesterday 740 Rs. First time savings account nundi.

SBI Card ani vere site undi... Possibly auto debit facitilty link chesi untaaru SBI SB AC toh.

Ask father to use it or else if not required surrender it entuku annual fee waste.

BTW SBI usually gives good offers on shopping either Amazon/Flipkart sale lo discounts offers vastayi either one of it will have SBI card based discounts if interested keep it.
