The present Walter Division will now be divided into two parts. One part will be incorporated in the new zone SCoR, and will be merged with the neighboring Vijayawada Division : @PiyushGoyal

The remaining portion of the present Walter division shall be converted into a New Division with headquarters at Rayagada under East Coast Railway in Odisha : @PiyushGoyal

Honestly saying, this is grave injustice to Vizag division...

kani..ie rakanga kuda potu eyochu ani supichinaru...public ki ardam kaadu..time padtadi..realise ayelopu antha aipotadi...

anduke, center state relations should be like fish and water but not like fish and fisherman....

Once the Railway zone is set-up, changing Rayagad is simple, maybe it can happen once Congress or third front comes to power. Nothing is end of life

Process takes lot of time may well be year or so unless ground work started/completed already in back ground...
