It’s upto them we don’t but pork is so.. they did to many fisherman who accidentally entered into their waters.. still so many fishermen are with them.

fisherman ki Prisoner of war ki difference undi babu, PoW are supposed to returned based on Geneva convention

My point was for different as he mentioned whether they can do anything for civilians.. in my last reply I mentioned about Geneva convention for POWs ..
