Yes..ee bill pass ayte 2010, 2011 vallaki next 2 or 3 years lo vastai. 2016 pd ki reach avvali ante minimum 8 years daaka padutundi. Ee bill pass avvagane 2015 2016 vallaki em vacheyyavu.
