Not really.. money gets blocked... agri lands lo pedite chese vadu dorakadu.. city outskirts lo pedite kabja and nee time bagundali... house lo pedite nee investment ki neku vache rent ki link undadu... thats how i see it in india

 

us lo maintainance cost.. and finding good tenant
