megadheera Posted March 1, 2019 Report Posted March 1, 2019 We have a group here like lending club. 10% istaru. But minimum 50k investment. Your name will be as primary lender on the document. Invester puts 30% . remaining they will arrange like pooling people. We will be one of the pool. They pay interest every month and issues 1099. If invester failed to pay then they will forclouse the property and we can sell it. 1 Quote
