US lo autism ane tag urike estharu, as its common, in India we say late talkers and stuff. In our lifetime, we have seen many cases who started speaking late. therapies will definitely have a positive impact, knai koncham extra care and avoiding screen time will help

there is enough research material to prove that one can get speech even after 7, lack of speech by 4 is a symptom of something else

just speech delay aite they should pick up by 5,  its hard to diagnose, speech therapy try cheyi, if they just have speech delay, you will see progress quickly, if not they won't progress much

dont give them anything they need without asking, adagakunda sign language lo edo ivvaddu, reinforce and repeat the words when you give them anything

Every kid is autistic upto some extent. If the said autism is diagnosed as a kid, i.e before 6 or 7 years, it can be cured.....Bangalore lo one dedicated center is there...

After the fact hindsight analysis chala cheyacchu. But when kid has speech delay it’s almost impossible to say if other things will be impacted like eye contact , inappropriate behavior , social etc ... 

so do not neglect assuming it might be just speech delay . Speech will impact other stuff also .

it is a difficult situation.. parents don’t know what to do with special needs kids.. it is basically trial and error with therapies and schools and treatments.. and see if something works for their kid...

I have seen now hundreds of indian parents who were traumatized by these F$$king school teachers and doctors who labelled their kids being autistic, who are nothing but screwed up commercialized money making machines.

Veella teachers ki oka lowdalo rule book icchi they will try to fit every child in that. even a slight deviation they will label him autistic or disabled. Mana asian kids are little shy and wont speak like these children. vaadini artham chesukoni improve cheyyali kaani, moddalodhi vaadini autistic ani label chesi bayataki tosesi vaalla job easy chesukuntaaru.

Take him to india and keep him with people around he will be alright in no time. US lo lafoot tella saale gallaki social life undadhu andhuke half country is on pills or drugs and phsycological issues.

However if extreme case of autism is confirmed then US treatment is better.
