Hey bro , H1 transfer antara? coz ma vadu revoke chesesadu already na H1. 

What i read online is it takes time(More than 60 days)  for USCIS to revoke H1 even though your employer has asked for revoke.But my status 60 days grace period starts immediately on termination(regardless of H1 revoke) annadu.

If i find a New employer, vadki new H1 ani cheppala, H1 transfer ani cheppala?

Yes you have 60 days or i94 expiry date whichever is early.

 

you have to ask for h1 transfer and make sure you say them you have an approved i140.
