They make maybe 10-15k difference in salary Your FTE is equivalent to 125k due to benefits. So about 60 per hour. C2C 85 is 68 per hour based on 80-20. Which is 8*40*50=16,000 more. Quote

I already accounted for leave pay by using only 50 weeks in my calculations instead of 52. Quote
