Regular Dental visits. Unless wisdom tooth is paining don't get it extracted. Dentists here try to get it removed even though its not paining.

Peekeganey reduce avvadu. It takes time. I have specifically mentioned blood loss weakness as it will be different in case of males/females.

one tooth 200 without insurance, they give a shot so you become numb for around 3 hours, lot of blood pops out you wouldnt know none.

if you care fill those teeth later with image. since 4 teeth you need to replace them with new artificial.

Nothing. Braces pettinchukuntunna space kosam for crowded teeth to move in that gap and align well.

I dont know about insurance and all but during one of my researches abt teeth and their extraction during braces, i came to know about something called "mandible retraction". So why dont u ask your doctor about mandible retraction and any possible jaw shape changing side effects...
