In the last 20 years, I have never seen CBN talking about human development index....literacy, health care, infant morality, adult literacy, life expectancy, etc which are the factors of development index.

I was pro-cbn that time .. I thought cbn ankul will come to power in 04., with all globels pecharam thought ysr will/should definitely in 14..
