let me guess, you looked at profiles where they were making upwards of $350k.. try academic types that make $65k, or an assistant professor who makes $120k. stick to STEM, because otherwise you'll get whiny social justice warriors, who may seem and act nice, but are constantly complaining, and suck at maths. hehe..

but guys are varying levels of assholes, so you just have to find the kind of asshole you can tolerate.
