logic ade kada at last.... h1 gadiki $60 to 80 pay cheyali .... ade eeh4 aunties ki ayithe bichham vesi nattu $20 to $30 isthe challu chinna chinna dress lu vesukoni sannulu kuda chupeti entertaine chestunaru ofc lo

appudu all happies vendor client and nuvu ...

Not exactly. Neeku naku telusu adi, but actual vendors won't care this. There is another perspective to this, H1 ki real employer has to pay around $8-$20k/application and it's nightmare for them to work. You are only exposed to consultancy part of employer so all of your impressions are surrounded by that. If there is no sense of sponsorship everyone wants to adopt. It's the middle layers who are trying to take advantage and it's up to candidates discretion whether to take up the position or not. Client pays same money regardless of the candidates experience for a fixed bid project. If you ever know the recruiters job try to understand, the pay they are going to convince the candidate they will save that money. Employer's success is purely based on the project success so that he can get more business.
