During a segment on Lou Dobbs' Fox News show, he highlighted a poll conducted by Georgetown University that Dobbs said proved President Trump's overall approval rating was "soaring" at 55%. In fact, that number was the percentage of responders who gave Trump an "unfavorable" rating.
