TG case is different. Rythu Bhandhu was not something that was promised before, But delivered.

Money was not promised. But Dwakra loan waivers was promised.  Which didn't happened in time.

Lot of complaints that banks withheld/forced to pay old loans pasupu kumkuma money for old dwakra loans.
